Information We Do Not Collect

We run no central analytics dashboards, track no user sessions, and do not maintain database collections. Your original resume text, job descriptions, and custom instructions are never uploaded to any analytics networks.

Data Handling Pipeline

• Client-Side Persistence
  Your inputs are saved strictly within your browser's sandboxed environment via chrome.storage.local. This allows you to close the popup without losing configuration data.
• Orchestration Isolation
  When request automation triggers, prompt injections run locally inside a temporary window. Your data is sent directly to your logged-in AI provider (e.g. Gemini), governed by your existing workspace agreements.
• In-Memory Compilation
  LaTeX compilation calls run via a secure compilation service at https://latex.ytotech.com. The service compiles the PDF in memory, returns the binary stream, and instantly purges all compilation caches.

Browser Permissions Required

activeTab / scripting: Required to locate the input forms inside the AI platform tabs and paste user prompts.

storage: Used to save inputs local to your machine so you do not have to copy and paste your resume every time you open the extension.

downloads: Needed to download the final compiled PDF from the preview tab directly to your system.
